In June 2015, Bobby and Marcia Godwin took a step of faith to plant a church in Slater, MO. Their first meeting consisted of ten adults and five students.

Luke 10:2 has been their prayer, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

God has been faithfully sending laborers and building the launch team up to thirty adults and fifteen students. Using the ministry gifts God is providing through the laborers, we are building a life giving church with Jesus who said, “upon this rock I will build my church.” (Matt 16:18). LIFE Church is being founded on the great commandment of loving the Lord with all of our hearts….and loving our neighbors as ourselves. (Mark 12:30-31).
